About the drinks:
After years of experimenting, our resident cocktail researcher compiled a list of classic drinks that most good bars would know how to make. These have been weighted by season, time of day, and mood. When you shake your phone, you get a great recommendation.

There are no duds here. Lots of effort has gone into ensuring that the most appropriate choice for the situation is served up.

Please drink responsibly.

Great little app...
I get thirsty just looking at the pictures of the drinks. Beautiful graphics and just a nicely done application overall from the guys at Flightless.
Great Design, Content is Lacking
This app is gorgeous. And the mood selector is a nifty idea. Unfortunately the selection of drinks seems fairly limited. I keep getting the same 5 or 6 every time. The stats seems like a good idea as well, but there doesnt seem to be a way to get back to a drink you have added to your "favorites." What do I do if I want to make that drink again?
Great for the Bar
Beautiful app, but not so great for home usage, well unless you have a massive home bar. I would agree with Phil, that its a shame that you can not access your "Id drink that" favorites.
Great cocktails app
Interesting and beautiful app for choose cocktail!
Lacks depth, good start.
I have a feeling this app will be a solid five star after a few updates. The current version is very polished and has a wonderful look and feel but lacks a significant number of cocktails with no way to access any sort of list or recipe database without randomly turning up that cocktail again. I like that the app creators chose to focus on classic, common recipes and things you can actually hope to order at a bar verses apps like Mixologist which are good as a reference but few bartenders know anything about 99% of those drinks let alone how to mix them. It also doesnt seem as though the mood you select really affects the outcome. Really though the main shortcoming is the lack of more cocktails. Add a few more (more shots, martini variations for example) and this will be well worth the price of admission.
